Some weeks ago I found a photo on a fellow photographer's site of this strange building. I decided to take a shot of it for my self so two weeks before I went to have a great lunch out with my girlfriend and found this a great oportunity to take some shots. Otherwise it was a loading platform for ships on the Danube when the nearby coal mines were working.

So very odd! Do the water levels fluctuate this much or are the coal ships just so large the structure needed to be this tall.

Must be low tide. Excellent shot!
