This one has taken on the last week. This guy is one of my colleagues and he's doing capoiera for several years now. He's really good in it, as much as he's got his teacher license now. We took a break and after a cup of coffee, he showed some exercises and I've just pushed the button. Here is when 6fps burst speed of the 40D comes handy :)
